Not the usual leaf load on this one there was grass growing out of the gutters on this Heathcote home. Once debris sits long enough it holds moisture, seeds take hold, and you end up with a garden bed running the length of the roof. The whole lot came out with the vacuum, gutters and downpipes flushed and checked before we packed up.
Both neighbours came out for a chat while we were on site and booked in as well, so it’ll be three houses in a row next time around. Hard to complain about that.
